I have come to the conclusion that I dislike my Acting III class. I was okay with Acting I and Acting II.

See, Acting I and Acting II had not only theatre majors, but minors and random people taking them for electives as well. This meant that if you weren't superb at acting (..hey, that's me), it didn't show as much. As a matter of fact, the teacher seemed to adore me (and I adored her, too. She was one awesome ball of lovely engery, but that's besides the point).

Now, in Acting III, it's just majors. And not only that, it's a class about auditioning in the big world 'o theatre. It's a required class whether you want to act or not, so I have to take it. But of course my class is full of the people who are super talented and are going to really audition in the big world someday.

It gets really frustrating when everyone else seems to be doing awesome, and I seem to be doing "so-so." I don't even want to act professionally. And I know I don't COMPLETELY suck. I've been in plays and done nice jobs... I just feel like the black sheep and it's no fun.

Boo.
